What Is It With CNN Lately?
04.05.05 (10:53 pm)   [edit]

What the hell is going on with CNN?

The world is going to hell in a hand basket but it picks one story (eg, Terri Schiavo) and covers it to the near-exclusion of everything else ad infinitum--or at least so it seems by the end of a straight week or more of nothing else but that story it has decided to latch onto and not let go until something else comes along.

The Pope is dead.

How much more need be said?

What's going on with the producers and programmers at CNN?  If anyone knows, please clue me in.

GANNON OR GUCKERT: IS IT ALL PSEUDO TO HIM?
02.22.05 (1:15 am)   [edit]

pseudo - sham, spurious; being apparently rather than as actually stated (Merian Webster's Collegiate Dictionary)

That just about sums up Jeff/James, the epitome of right-wing hypocrisy.  But it only begins to shed light on the Fascist-like antics of the current Republican administration.

Who in the White House is really in charge of news media manipulation?

fascism - 1 : a political philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, servere economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition 2 : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control (Merian Webster's Collegiate Dictionary)
